About us
InsertCart builds and sells WordPress themes, plugins and premium software. We have been doing it since 2015, from the first order to the one that came in this week.
We are a small shop, and everything here is made or maintained by the people who answer your emails. There is no reseller layer between you and whoever wrote the code. When you ask why a theme does something, the person replying is the person who can change it.
What we sell
Twenty-two products, and every one of them is a digital download. WordPress themes for magazines, shops, portfolios and business sites; WooCommerce plugins that fix the specific things WooCommerce leaves undone; and bundles for people setting up more than one site.
Where a product has a live demo, you will find the link on its page — click through it before you spend anything. We would rather you look first than take our word for it.
What you get when you buy
- The files, immediately. Payment clears and the download is there. No approval step, no waiting for a human.
- Lifetime updates. Every future version of what you bought is included. Not a year of updates — all of them.
- Your purchases, permanently. Sign in any time and re-download anything you have ever bought. Some of the licences still active on this site were bought in 2015.
- Support from the people who built it. Not a ticket queue that ends in a documentation link.
Who we work with
Around 2,500 orders have gone out to customers in 85 countries — freelancers building for clients, small businesses running their own sites, and developers who wanted a solid starting point instead of a blank theme folder.
A fair number of them have been buying from us for years. That is the part we are actually proud of.
We answer questions in public
Scroll to the bottom of most of our product pages and you will find the questions people asked about them, going back to 2016, with our answers underneath. We have never deleted the awkward ones.
The blog works the same way: 120 tutorials on WordPress and WooCommerce, most of them written because a customer asked something we could not answer in one line. They are free, and you do not need to have bought anything to use them.
How we handle your money and your data
Payments run through Stripe, PayPal and Razorpay. Card details go to the gateway and never touch our servers — we could not see them if we wanted to. You can pay in USD or INR; switch currency in the header and prices follow.
We do not sell customer lists, and we do not send you anything you did not ask for.
