Set permanent post image size

How do I permanently set the image size of the main posts in the Poster PRO theme.

You can set thumbnail image size from WordPress website settings

Login to Dashboard of website > Settings > Media > Change images sizes here and clear cache of website and also run resize thumbnail plugin for wordpress
